With the escalating Florida real estate boom, the company principals recognized phenomenal growth opportunities and decided to take their business up a notch. Their goal was to spark a new stage of company growth and tapped the BlueIvy Communications team for a 360-degree brand elevation that would drive their successful business to even greater heights. The BlueIvy team moved forward on multiple fronts beginning with an in-depth analysis on the company’s branding and its consumer-facing components. In order to attract growing consumer interest in South Florida, BlueIvy Communications embarked on a robust custom website rebuild that would beautifully showcase Azure Development’s unique approach to luxury waterfront estates and luxury urban living. Simultaneously, BlueIvy Communications launched a major publicity effort and developed brand new collateral material.

The Maxwell was a new construction project located in the Pineapple Grove Arts District in downtown Delray Beach, Florida. that will offer luxury residences in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Delray.

Pike & Lustig hired BlueIvy Communications to build up brand awareness of their firm in South Florida – specifically West Palm Beach, Miami and Palm Beach Gardens. They wanted to stand out from other law firms in the area as the authorities on Business Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Insurance Litigation, and eventually as the go-to law firm for Business Interruption Insurance. Their messaging was that they are the law firm that can handle the hardest cases – those that involve fraud, conspiracy, aggressive, and cut-throat issues.

Therapeutic Oasis hired BlueIvy Communications to launch an integrated marketing and PR campaign while expanding beyond Boca Raton to new locations, the first of which was in Jupiter. Therapeutic Oasis needed positive attention and exposure to promote their Jupiter Grand Opening by building greater brand visibility from Ft. Lauderdale to north of Jupiter.

Blue Ivy garnered publicity in numerous south Florida media outlets, including both print and television. Working closely with Dr. Rubiniwicz we researched news opportunities and offered his thought leadership, for example during Prostate Awareness Month and tying in to coverage of TV personality Al Roker’s prostate cancer diagnosis as well as topics related to men’s health.

The BlueIvy team was tapped for 360-degree marketing support for the AirTerra market entry. Starting with garnering publicity surrounding the company’s launch, BlueIvy moved into assisting the web development team in SEO-focused copywriting, writing blog content, consulting on advertising, developing a trade show strategy, and handling all social media. When GenH2 partnered with BlueIvy Communications to publicize the company’s industry leadership in hydrogen infrastructure solutions, a core component of our efforts was to raise the profile of Cody Bateman, the founder and CEO of the Titusville, Florida-headquartered technology company. 1909 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the holistic growth of creators in Palm Beach County, offering members access to a one-of-a-kind, collaborative community, workspace and mentorship.  Once a year, 1909 opens applications to their Accelerator Program, an intensive six month program designed to help founders from all backgrounds develop their ideas into successful businesses. Participants partake in immersive activities and workshops designed to help founders gain clarity on personal and professional intentions while learning business fundamentals.
