Their messaging was that they are the law firm that can handle the hardest cases – those that involve fraud, conspiracy, aggressive, and cut-throat issues.
Through a combination of proactive and reactive public relations and communications activity, BlueIvy Communications successfully turned Michael Pike, Daniel Lustig and the law office of Pike & Lustig into a respected authority on all things having to do with the law, best business practices, and legal rights. For example, during the holiday season Michael Pike discussed legal liability for holiday parties hosted by both businesses and private persons, informing readers and viewers over a range of outlets, including: CBS12 WPEC, Delray Sun, Gateway Gazette, West Boca Times, The Villager and Boca Times. To generate brand awareness, we developed new collateral materials for Puke & Lustig, including: professional pictures for individuals and the firm, personalized garment bag gifts for clients during the holidays, new brochure and quarterly newsletter. When the coronavirus pandemic struck, Pike & Lustig focused on Business Interruption Insurance by providing Pike & Lustig’s expert advice to the public and creating a free hotline for business owners to call for legal advice; the campaign was featured on: CBS 12 WPEC, NBC 5 WPTV, FOX 29 WFLX, South Florida Business Journal and Sun Sentinel.
