The Greene School

The Greene School was founded in 2016 by businessman and real estate developer Jeff Greene and his wife Mei Sze Greene. Initially encompassing Pre-K through eighth grade, the private school expanded to include a high school, deemed “The Upper School”. The Greene School is located on a state-of-the-art campus in West Palm Beach and is known for its keen focus on lifelong learning that goes beyond academics.

OBJECTIVE

BlueIvy Communications was engaged to lead a to branding refresh and launch The Greene School’s expansion to a Pre-K to Grade 12 private school. The 360-degree brand expansion included an updated logo, new style guide and new website, as well as a comprehensive public relations campaign to launch the new Upper School.

The BlueIvy team leveraged The Greene School’s existing focus on enhancing college preparedness through its plethora of curriculum and extra-curricular activities. All branding materials were designed to demonstrate the school’s core values in motivating students to analyze situations, make decisions, solve problems, and communicate effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving world.

To support this brand messaging, BlueIvy built a thought leadership campaign around The Greene School’s world-class educators, who are creative and passionate about providing students with a rigorous yet inspiring academic education. BlueIvy positioned Dr. Denise Spirou, Head of the Greene School, and the Head of the Upper School Steven Lyng as forward-thinking education leaders and featured their leadership in all marketing and public relations outreach.

RESULT


The completed website redesign included a comprehensive update of all The Greene School’s photo resources and written content. The finished site demonstrates The Greene School’s commitment to educating the whole child and showcases the many ways they encourage joyful, curious and confident learners.

The new branding style guide was adhered to throughout the site, resulting in a cohesive and comprehensive design that captivates visitors and succeeds in telling the story of The Greene School.

The BlueIvy team also conducted a comprehensive PR launch campaign for the Upper School beginning in early 2022, resulting in coverage throughout South Florida, including the local Palm Beach Daily News.

We created a consistent cadence of press outreach that garnered extensive local coverage. Our publicity for The Greene School has featured both classroom learning and the extra-curricular activities enjoyed by students, including their exceptional music program, award-winning chess club, advanced robotics team, visual arts programming and spelling bee champs.

The BlueIvy team also conducted a comprehensive PR launch campaign for the Upper School beginning in early 2022, resulting in coverage throughout South Florida, including the local Palm Beach Daily News.

An Op-ed that BlueIvy writers drafted for The Greene School’s Director of College Counseling and placed in the Sun-Sentinel, coincided with the high school’s launch. It was a stake-in-the-ground that proved the school’s commitment to its new Upper School grades.
